How Do I Upload a Power Point That Is Larger Than 5mb

I have a paid supporter account. I accept only been able to load ane epitome that was over 5mb. Every fourth dimension I endeavour to upload something around 9mb the system rejects it as beingness >5mb. I sympathize that my images are at a large DPI, just the overall size is beneath the supposed limit. I have been having to cut my maps into 6mb slices. It makes map switching a huge hurting. Chrome thirty.0.1599.69 m ; win7 or OSX (both neglect); all images are (24b) jpeg bitmaps.

We've had issues with files that are skirting close to the x MB limit in the past, then I'm not entirely surprised to hear that a 9 MB 1 might refuse to load. Could you tell me the exact file size, DPI, and file blazon of one of the problem images?

10,274,677 bytes 24bit Jpeg 96 dpi

Joey , please check your Fine art Library Manager (the art library popup window) to see if the files got in anyhow. Also, please cheque your panel when the prototype fails to upload. Please post whatever error messages. - Gauss

The but error bulletin is provided by a popup box within the function of the folio when i select the file from my local bulldoze. This being the standard >v message as stated in a higher place. The coffee console doesn't show any errors, just the proper identifiers for the object on the page that holds the "button". The upload never starts equally stated to a higher place, information technology is being prevented.

I see. 10,274,677 bytes is considered more than 10 MB for our purposes. The limit is 10,240,000 bytes.

So the bodily MB limit is more than like 9.68?

Joey, it depends on how MB are counted. The following are conversions of 1 MB into bytes depending on the arrangement: Base2: one,048,576 bytes (1024^2) Base10: one,000,000 bytes (1000^two) Mixed: 1,024,000 bytes (g x 1024) So 10 MB would exist 10,240,000 bytes using the mixed arrangement. Converting to Base2 that should be about 9.76 MB in Base2 (I used a ratio rather than doing the actual base2 math so I may be off slightly). - Gauss

I wasn't complaining. Just trying to figure out which method you were using. I tin piece of work around it now that I know it isn't an fault. Thanks Riley/Gauss.

OK, and so now I cant upload a 7mb or an 8mb file either. Both smaller versions of the original problem image. paradigm details: eight,089,925 bytes Jpeg 72dpi same result. site says >5mb and won't kickoff transfer.

I shrank it further: 5,639,805 bytes jpeg 72dpi Same notice of it exceeding 5mb.

If you hope non to mock my pathetic mapping skills you lot tin can grab a copy of the actual prototype (5mb version) here. https://www.dropbox.com/s/j0fkdkknhoskhmc/c1_vrnat...

Joey, delight email your 8 and 5.6MB images to me at gauss_death1@msn.com I want to endeavour them on my own organization. Likewise, please have your console open up when you initiate the transfer and then take a screenshot of your broswer when you become the message stating it exceeds 5MB. - Gauss

i am away from my pc for a while, merely i emailed those two copies of the prototype to you. thank you for your help!

Screenshot emailed to yous.

I have tried a bunch of images in the last several hours. But images under 4.7mb or so will upload. Anything larger than that and I get the >5mb message. Is information technology possible my profile/account is not set correctly for my subscritpion level?

Joey F. , I apologize for the delay getting back to y'all (my mid-week is decorated). I have recieved your images and I will test them out this night. Where are you trying to upload them to? Just dropping them on the map or are you using the Art Library window's uploader? - Gauss

art library uploader. No worries about the timing. Thanks for your help!!

Ok, then it appears that the uploader is what is not accepting larger than 5MB files equally a supporter. I volition file a bug written report on this. In the meantime, delight drop the file onto the game tabletop (elevate from desktop and release in the game) and itll be uploaded normally. - Gauss

This should be fixed. Cheers!
